You don't have to make any of these characters, (really, we need anyone!) but I just thought I would name the ones that people might not think of.
We need:
humans
Atlantean demons
Magicians on Cloud-Nine
You can only have two demons on the surface, but you can make just about as many Atlantean ones as you want! Also, you can only have one Magician on land, but you can make two on Cloud-Nine.
Again, you don't have to chose one of these, I just wanted to name the other options.
