Appearance: Ethen has very distinct, bright, blue eyes that light up his face and gives away his personality right away. He has dark, short brown hair that is usually kept jelled up. Ethen is not very tall, just about 5'7.
Personality: Ethen is a very oppotunistic person, when a new and exciting opportunity comes his way, he takes full advantage of it. He's not afraid to get out there and do some seemingly insane things- like maybe bungee jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. He likes traveling and going out to do things most people would shy away from. Ethen is not mental (yet), he just wants to enjoy life while he can.
History: Growing up as a child, Ethen was constantly being pestered by his mother to live his life to the fullest, the best he could, because he only had one shot at life. She encouraged him to make a list of all the things he wanted to do before he died, so he did and filled it with hundreds of childish fantasies. Through Ethen's teenage years, his mom became more and more distant and snappy; she tired very easily, had troubles with talking and eating, and had terrible memory lapses. The doctors claimed it was not her fault and that a disease called Huntington's was to blame. Ethen was still young and did not fully understand what that meant, except that his mother was becoming less like herself each day. All the time, he continued to add to his evergrowing list. His dad took care of him and when Ethen was seventeen, they finally placed his mother in a hospital so she could get the direct help and assistance she couldn't get at home. By this time, Ethen understood what had happened to his mom, and what may happen to him. When he was eighteen, he was tested for the disease and was confirmed to have had the gene carried on to him. With this knowledge in mind, the full strength of his mother's words hit him and he grasped what she wanted him to do. Not long after, Ethen moved out with only a backpack filled with anything he might need, a guitar, and his notebook with his bucket(book)list. For the past four years Ethen has been crossing off items on his list and doing other odd and crazy things that come along the way. He makes money by playing his guitar or any other way he can think of.
